ATTENTION TO DETAIL
AND CREATIVITY

Imagine a welcoming, spacious, and open place—a true “coffee square” that invites visitors to step in and immerse themselves in the world of the finest aromas.

Today, we take you behind the scenes of the creation of OFI’s stand for Host Milano, the trade fair dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. and hospitality sector. A journey through design, vibrant colors, and innovation that made this space truly unique.

OFI originates from a branch of Olam International, a leader in the trade of numerous raw materials, including coffee, cocoa, nuts, spices, and dairy products. Its acronym stands for Olam Food Ingredients.

OFI’s mission, which envisions and promotes a healthy future made of natural products from sustainable supply chains, required a stand that reflected the brand’s values of sustainability and quality. The resulting project not only represented these principles but also perfectly combined aesthetics with functionality, while respecting the client’s budget requirements.

Attention to detail and creativity

Imagine a welcoming, spacious, and open area—a true “coffee square” that invites visitors to step in and immerse themselves in the world of the finest aromas.

The key to success was attention to detail. From the brand’s dominant colors, orange and purple, to the strategic layout of the hospitality and tasting areas, every element was carefully planned. The stand also needed to serve as an elegant showcase for the coffee machines of two different brands, Dalla Corte and Simonelli Group, presenting them in a visually appealing way.

A breathtaking highlight was the suspended garden, the pulsating heart of the stand. A wooden structure filled with ivy, aromatic plants, and coffee plants that captured the attention of every visitor. The green of the garden, combined with the stand’s vibrant colors, created an extraordinary visual impact.

Creating the suspended garden was a challenging task. Our supplier carefully and in advance managed the growth of the coffee plants, which according to specific commercial regulations could not exceed certain heights. Meticulous work and close collaboration with suppliers were the foundation of this small green masterpiece.

Dividing the counter into two sections to accommodate the coffee machines from the two separate brands required particular attention to detail. The decision to place traditional signage on one side and a dynamic LED wall on the other added a modern and technological touch.

Logistics and client support

Logistics management was one of the keys to the success of this experience. Planning and organizing in advance—such as using an external forklift to avoid waiting times for the fair’s equipment—allowed us to begin assembling the stand immediately. This strategic decision proved highly effective.

Throughout the event, our team of technicians, workers, graphic designers, and engineers was on hand to manage any unforeseen issues and meet last-minute requests. Supervisors personally ensured a smooth and seamless experience for the client.

In conclusion, we committed to transforming the client’s ideas into tangible reality, with passion, professionalism, and a touch of creativity. The client’s satisfaction was for us the tangible measure of our success.
