PROBLEM-SOLVING AND CREATIVITY:
THIS IS HOW WE TACKLE THE UNEXPECTED

The period leading up to the Salone del Mobile in Milan is always particularly intense. Imagine our state of mind when the design request for a booth arrived just 3 weeks before the start of assembly. And what a request!

The Canadian company Bocci, suddenly left without its usual supplier, contacted us for a 400 sqm booth with very specific requirements: a fully suspended design, to be hung from the ceiling structure of the Fiera Milano.

We immediately mobilized all our resources: from the creative department to the execution team, engineering this ambitious project and studying alternative solutions to those previously used by the client, allowing us to build the booth exactly as desired while respecting the extremely tight production and assembly deadlines.

Within a few days, we were able to present our work to the architect responsible for the project using our CAD/CAM software for a 3D presentation.

Once the proposal was approved, the “tour de force” began, enabling us to deliver a meticulously built booth to the client in time for the fair—a result that stems from our ability to coordinate all internal departments and create effective synergies with suppliers and the artisan teams responsible for assembly.

The client’s satisfaction was evident, so much so that in 2019 we built the suspended booth again for the new edition of the Salone. With a redesigned and updated layout for the new fair… and, above all, with a much more relaxed schedule!
